A sunny day when walking the dog has again become a top priority, and a dear friend in from out of town. The Asheville Arboretum has become my go to for such a sojourn.
To say that the way we arrived was with the weight of the world still nipping and nagging. We left with a deep calm that merged body mind and spirit.
